1. Return Window
You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your package to ask for a return or refund. For an item to be eligible, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original state.
2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)
Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we take full accountability. We’ll either give a full refund or arrange for a free reshipment.
Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, reach out to us at support@turbofusion.shop within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage. We’ll promptly organize a refund or a replacement.
3. Customized Items
Be aware that personalized/customized items are final sale, except when they arrive defective or have a printing error. In those cases, we’ll reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.
4. How to Start a Request

5. Refund Processing
Approval: Once your request is okayed, the refund will be sent to your original payment method.
